Cooking Instructions

FRYABLE Original Pizza Logs®:

  • Deep fry at 350° for 3-1/2 minutes
  • Allow to stand for 1 minute

OVEN READY Original Pizza Logs®:

  • Conventional Oven - 400° for 12-14 minutes, turn once
  • Convection Oven - 350° for 10-12 minutes
  • Deck Pizza Ovens: try 10 minutes, adjust as needed
  • Impinger/Conveyor Ovens: try one full pass, adjust as needed


Four (4) Original Pizza Logs®, with a dipping sauce of spaghetti or marinara.  Also try dipping Original Pizza Logs ® in ranch dressing, bleu cheese or Buffalo wing sauce.
